Churches & Ministries in Partnership

Jesus said,
“I pray also for those, who will believe in Me…

THAT THEY MAY BE ONE

… that the world may believe that you sent Me and that you have loved them”

John 17:20—21.

Together we can make a difference!

BrizNet - Churches and Ministries in Partnership

Brisbane city

BrizNet is a loose affiliation of churches and Christian ministries of the wider Brisbane area partnering together to have a greater impact on our city at large.

As more and more churches and ministries unite in partnership, so will the influence on the city increase.

BrizNet is not about a unity of churches that expects uniformity, but rather a co-operation and trust of each other while recognising our differences. It is about building the Kingdom of God in the city.

Some of the initiatives that have grown out of this partnership include the Concerts of Prayer and the Yes We Care program.

Yes We Care 2008

Preparations are well under way for Yes We Care 2008. The official launch was on February 29th at the Lord Mayor's Prayer Breakfast.

Yes We Care is intended to be "Churched based", so watch the three promotional videos and look at the Yes We Care Website for more information and encourage your Brisbane-based church to be involved.

Our Goals and Strategy

  • To pray through our citywide Concerts of Prayer (twice a year), leadership luncheons and Church Prayer Leader’s gatherings.
  • To care through our Yes! We Care — Brisbane’s Biggest Neighbourhood Blitz(once a year).
  • To share through engaging our communities as local congregations in explaining Christianity (at least once a year).

Concerts of Prayer
